This was a very good read - very informative and clear to a lay person. I reccommend anyone interested take the time to read this.
Since I have read only a few items relating to patent reform - and I am not an attorney, my background is limited to my personal experiences in getting a patent. That said, I agree with the articles recommendations (assuming their facts check out, which I haven't taken the time to do at this point.)
